J Sheekey Atlantic Bar is treating guests to a new Sunday brunch menu
Executive Chef Andrew McLay and his team have been conjuring up all sorts of mouth-watering dishes, including tuna poke tostadas with blood orange and chipotle chilli, banoffee waffles with caramelised bananas and ice cream, and the ultimate Sheekey’s mac and cheese with shrimp, Cornish crab and bacon. Then, for those who are in the mood for lean and healthy, there’s a choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes available such as; crispy tofu and grilled avocado salad with yuzu and soy dressing and avocado and sweet potato salad with jalapeño dressing and toasted cashews.
The bar team have also put together a small but perfectly formed Bloody Mary cocktail list in different incarnations – Classic, Bourbon Mary and Red Snapper. If Bloody Marys aren’t your thing, there’s an extensive selection of wines by the glass, Champagne and Atlantic Bar cocktails to choose from.
